With over 26 years of experience in guiding students towards greater well-being, I hold certifications through Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 200, RYT 500, and YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider).
In my classes, I emphasize mindfulness, alignment, and the therapeutic benefits of yoga, tailored to meet the needs of every student. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, my goal is to create a supportive environment where you can explore, grow, and find harmony within yourself.

Beth Smetana
Beth Smetana is a 235 hour RYT. She received her yoga training and certification from the Yoga Center of Minneapolis and the Yoga Room in Eau Claire, WI in 2017. She also has been trained in Yoga for Trauma, receiving a 20 hour certification from the Trauma Center. She was also trained in Yoga Barre in 2016. Beth’s interests in yoga include strength and conditioning, arm balancing, inversions and attention to alignment. She also loves to flow and teaches Vinyasa Flow Yoga. She is a social worker, trainer and mental health professional.

Kerry Stilling
As a 200-hour RYT with a deep interest in overall health and well-being, Kerry aims to bring a balanced and approachable energy to every class. After moving from southeastern Wisconsin, she's called Black River Falls home for the past three years, where she continued to grow her yoga practice and passion for mindful movement.
Kerry's classes blend strength, mobility, and breath awareness. She strive to create a welcoming space for students to move intentionally and connect more deeply with themselves.
When she's not teaching, you can find her experimenting in the kitchen, writing code, or relaxing with her fur babies.

Chelsea Vollmer
Chelsea has completed a 235-hour yoga teacher training, along with an 85-hour prenatal yoga teacher training. She is certified in postnatal yoga, yoga for seniors, and is a Certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor. She loves to allow students to get into the body and check in physically, mentally, and emotionally, bringing awareness of one's current state and accepting it as is. Classes with Chelsea are accessible to all levels. You can feel at ease with modifications or challenge yourself by making advancements in a pose.

Amanda Fendt
Amanda is a BSN Registered Nurse with a background in chronic disease prevention and health education. She spent two years teaching evidence-based lifestyle and nutrition programs, helping people build sustainable habits around movement, nutrition, and overall wellness. She completed a three-day Pilates Fusion instructor training through bYogaStrong.
Amanda’s passion for Pilates and Barre grew from her belief that movement should be fun and something you look forward to while also helping you meet your health goals. Amanda’s goal in every class is to keep you moving, get your heart rate up, challenge you both physically and mentally, and leave you feeling empowered by what your body is capable of. She loves creating workouts that build strength and endurance while still incorporating mindful movement and proper form.
As a mom of three littles, Amanda understands how difficult it can be to make time for yourself. She hopes her classes give you an opportunity to step away from the everyday, move your body, have fun, and leave feeling stronger and more energized than when you walked in.
