We’re here to help you find answers to common questions about our classes, workshops, retreats, and more. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this page is designed to provide clarity on what to expect when you visit our studio.

Let’s flow into your yoga journey with confidence!

When should I arrive?

Front door opens 15 minutes before class starts. You will need a few minutes to get a spot, check in, and prepare to practice. We start on time and the studio door is locked when class begins to keep everyone safe.

What if I'm not flexible or I'm not in shape?

Our classes are for beginners and students with experience. The instructions we use will guide you through class. Everyone has doubts when trying something new, let those thoughts go and know that we all are just practicing together, taking care of ourselves and our health. No two students’ practice looks the same and it shouldn’t!

What benefits will I see?

What should I eat or drink before class?

Come well hydrated, try to hydrate throughout your day before you arrive. An empty stomach is best - avoid large meals 3 hours prior to class.

What should I wear?

Clothing that is light-weight and can move with you or is stretchy is best as you don’t want clothing that binds during class. A shirt that doesn’t ride up as you move.

What should I bring?

We have a limited number of mats free to use. There are also mats for sale. Water is always good to have with as well. A towel is nice if you get sweaty.
