From Our Last Retreat

As we rolled up our mats and packed our bags, we carried with us a renewed sense of calm and a deeper understanding of mindfulness. The friendships we formed over shared meals and laughter under the stars added a special warmth to our hearts. Each sunrise greeted us with new opportunities for growth, and each sunset reminded us of the importance of reflection and gratitude. We left the retreat with cherished memories and a promise to bring this newfound serenity into our daily lives.

"I can not say enough good things about my weekend Yoga Studio retreat.  Friendly faces and a delicious snack board made me feel welcome and comfortable immediately upon arrival at our beautiful lodging for the weekend. Having our yoga practice and extended meditation time outside was such an amazing highlight of the weekend. I appreciate that the schedule offered structure, but left room to be responsive to the needs and requests of the participants. Spending time really focusing on the proper mechanics of poses is something that was a highlight of the weekend for me. This offered a challenge to the novice and more experienced participants. The food was plentiful, healthy, and delicious. Saturday was a day of paddle boarding, yoga, mindfulness, and learning. My accommodations were above my expectations.  It felt so good to crawl under my down comforter after a long, hot shower. Starting Sunday morning off with a beautiful flow and a leisurely breakfast were the perfect ending to such a zen filled weekend. I'm already looking forward to joining next year's retreat."
